Virgo Scent - Immaculate!

I've been using Intuitive Essence since 2017 and I love the unique, natural, scent combinations. I first encountered the collection in Chicago, but I live on the East Coast so I've been an avid online customer. I hope to be exposed to more of the collection in the coming years!

I adore this collection! I hate traditional perfumes and find them way too strong and kind of offensive but these are nothing like them. They feel so approachable, and genuinely warm and inviting as a scent. Have gotten tons of compliments. There is a grounded and natural feel to them and also a slightly elevated element as well. Absolutely in love with the Pisces scent even tho I’m a Libra lol. I think actually helps me dream that night when I wear it 💭💖💜

Perfect!

Back in 2017 I got a bottle of the Scorpio essence as a birthday present. I wore it all about Chicago, and after moving I spent time trying to find the scents. I finally figured it out and got a small order of my big three astrological scents and love them dearly. I often will pick one at random and just flow with it. This year, as a gift to myself I ordered the zodiac subscriptions box and adore everything in the order. It’s challenging to find any sent that doesn’t make you feel that sense of overwhelm, but 10/10 for every item every time. I’m officially an acolyte of Intuitive Essence.

Intuitive Essence is an apothecary devoted to the art of olfactory storytelling, weaving together myth, astrology, perfumery, and herbalism to create evocative aromatic landscapes. Each fragrance is an invitation—to adorn yourself in scent, imprint intention onto your aura, and deepen your connection to the unseen.

We are endlessly fascinated by the interconnectedness of all things—the way scent stirs emotions, how emotions awaken memories, and how memories shape meaning in our lives. Through this heightened sensory awareness, presence becomes a more tangible gift.

I am Audrey, the Fragrance Artist and Scentress behind Intuitive Essence. My journey into perfumery began 11 years ago when I apprenticed under a Master Perfumer in Chicago, working in his parfumerie for six transformative years. In that time, I deepened my understanding of scent as a healing medium—one that bridges the earthly and the celestial, the personal and the collective.

Aromatics have been my guide, leading me through self-healing, cosmic exploration through Astro-herbalism, and the joy of sharing meaningful creations with my community. Through the language of scent, I continue to expand, evolve, and connect.

I am devoted to working with the highest quality therapeutic-grade essential oils and fine fragrance oils, sourcing with care and intention. For seasonal offerings, I distill and infuse botanicals from my own garden, ensuring each creation is imbued with both artistry and vitality.

My mentor, with over 40 years of experience, granted me access to the often-secretive world of perfumery, revealing its intricacies and mysteries—an apprenticeship that shaped my approach to scent as both an art and an alchemy.

Intuitive Essence is, at its heart, a scented love letter—an offering of high-quality ingredients, mindful collaboration, and the healing arts. It is a collection of sensory tools designed to inspire confidence, deepen presence, and guide you toward your most authentic expression.
