You Are Invited to embark on a muses journey of remembering and rekindling your sacred connection to the earth through plant spirit meditation. 

We commence our 4 week journey Sunday, April 6th, 2025 in person, with a ceremony of greeting, receiving your gift bundle and beginning our hybrid course together in circle.

Over the course of these 4 weeks we will deeply engage with the vibrancy of 4 different plants to meet, meditate and seek their counsel.

What the course looks like:

• 2 in-person meetings, April 6th and May 4th
• 2 zoom meetings April 13th and 21st
• Meet the spirit of 4 plants in 4 different forms (tea, tincture, eo's and essence)

With a background in herbalism and esoterica, Ella weaves ancient modalities with modern insight and practices to support the body, mind, and spirit.
